Return of Refugees to Vietnam

Further to our recent correspondence on this matter, to which your letter dated 1st July refers, I understand that prior to the return of the 119 refugees from Kaitak Airport, an incident took place in that area, which was followed by a number of arrests, including journalists and broadcasters.
I would be grateful if you could inform me of the exact circumstances in which this took place, au if you would also tell me of the sentences awarded to those apprehended.
