With reference to our recent telephone conversation, I am writing to confirm Mr Howell's last day of service in Hong Kong.
According to the Hong Kong Government Office his last day of service was 5 September and he travelled to the United Kingdom on 6 September. His appointment therefore officially ended on 6 September and he reverts to your establishment with effect from 7 September.
