The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED :
that the Independent Commission Against Corruption Bill 1974 be introduced into the Legislative Council subject to the amendment of clause 10 to make it clear that a suspect may be detained for a total period of forty eight hours, which will include any period of detention in a police station.
