I have the honour to submit for the signification
of Her Majesty's pleasure an Ordinance intituled :-
"An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of
an Independent Commission Against Corruption
and matters incidental thereto. 11
This Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council on the
13th day of February 1974.
2.
In accordance with clause XXVIII of the Royal
Instructions, an explanatory report by the Attorney General
showing the reasons and occasion for passing the Ordinance
is enclosed. Two copies of the Gazette Supplement containing
the Ordinance are also enclosed, together with a copy of the
Bill.
