I have had some correspondence during the past year regarding one of my constituents, Mr. Alan Ellis of 20 Bishops Close, Ham Common, Richmond.
Mr. Ellis has now agreed that his case should go before the Corruption Committee in Hong Kong and 1 enclose a statement from him.
I would be grateful if you could forward this to Mr. Cater with a request that the Commission should investigate his case.
