MP'S LETTER: PETITION BY MR PUN TING CHAU

Mr Peter Blaker MP has written to Lord Goronwy-Roberts enclosing a petition from Mr Pun Ting Chau in Hong Kong.
2.
Mr Pun previously sent various copies of his petition direct to Ministers. Others were forwarded by Mr Winston Churchill MP and Sir Anthony Royle MP. I submitted draft replies to these two MPs on 17 May, and I recommend that Lord Goronwy- Roberts should now reply in similar terms to Mr Blaker. I submit a draft accordingly.
