You wrote to me on 24 June, enclosing a letter from Mr Pun Ting Chau, of 147 Woo Sung Street, 2nd F1. Front Portion, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
We had already received the same letter direct from Mr Pun, and referred it to the Governor of Hong Kong for his comments. He has asked the Independent Commission Against Corruption to look into the case, and has so informed Mr Pun.
