Counsel has asked us to write to you concerning the following points in connection with the above proceedings.
1. We have assumed that the witnesses whose affidavits we have received will be the only witnesses whose evidence will be relied upon in the proceedings and further that you do not intend to call any oral witnesses. Are we correct in these two assumptions?
