re:P. F. Godber. Extradition
I regret the dalay in forwarding the information sought by Counsel but we experienced some difficulty in deciding o n what dates should be taken for calculation of exchange rates. I now enclose herewith the following documents :
(a) an index to all the papers contained in the
Crown's file of documents.

a statement by John Ian Mutch relating to exchange rates as at 7th Nov.. 1971 and 28th May 1971. a break-down of the contents of the papers in Godber's handwriting which were found in his flat. (I now realise that we should have included in the affidavit of one of the bank officers a copy of Godber's bank statement for May 1971 to show that it tallied with his own records).
(a) an analysis of all the bank, documents contained
in the file annexed to Mr. Irvine's affidavit, which may be of some value.
I have asked Mr. Irvine, who is on leave in Northern Ireland, to come to London in October and to be available to give evidence, if necessary, on any matters relating to these documents. He could also produce the originals if it would be of any benefit to the case. I will be coming to London, with Mr. J.V. Prendergast, the Director of Operations, on B.A. Flight 880, arriving on the 1st October and perhaps we could have a conference with Counsel on the 2nd.
