Further to our previous correspondence on the subject of Establishment Regulation 303, could you now please advise me what decision if any has been made about this in the light of the recommendations contained in the Blair-Kerr Report? If no decision has yet been made, would you please advise me of when such decision is expected and advise me the actual decision in due course?
