execution of the authorization given under subsection (1), shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one year.
(4) Any person who falsely represents that an appropriate authorisation has been given under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars and to imprisonment for one year.
