Please see the attached letter from Mrs Elliott to Mr Blaker about the case of Mr Lui Sung. Mrs Elliott has sent copies of the letter to "interested members of Parliament" one MP, Mr James Johnson, has already asked for information on the case.
2. I attach a draft telegram to Hong Kong asking for background information on the case and for their comments.
