C. SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT

The Prisoner's family members occupy 2 small cubicles at No. 132 & 133, Block 5, Kwai Chung Estate, Tsuen Wan, Kowloon, paying a total of monthly rental at $44.50. They had lived there for about 7 years. Except the eldest brother and his small family living at 62, Hang Woo Street, 6th floor, Tsuen Wan, all family members lived at Kwai Chung Estate. The place is quite congested withso many people. The neighbours were mostly semi-skilled workers.

He is unmarried. Nevertheless, he had a close girl-friend, Miss LAU Mei-yuk, residing at 6, Block B, Sha Tsui Road, 4th floor, Tsuen Wan, N.T.
