regarding Mr.Leung Wing Shang, aced 20.conviesed on
a murier chargo
and sentenced to death, and now detained in stoles Prison, No.1.200,
I am submitting one more petition to you,Sire,bearing the signatu-
res of Mr.Brook Bernacchi and mine.
I sincerely hope this will further the chances of the above men-
ntioned young man, in having his death penalty sentence commuted.
