On the Chinese New Year eve CHENG Wing-fei invited me to go to Yau Nam Teahouse in Nam Cheong St. to drink afternoon tea. At that time together with us there were also O So-kuen and WU Ming. CHENG Wing-fei told me to follow HC So-kuen so that we can help each other in case of incident occurred. Since after I often kept in touch with HO So-kuen. I also came to know the friends of BO So-kuen, i.e. Tai Wah, Kong Tiu Chuen, Ah Tai, HO So-ming, Kong Chai and Sze Ngan Chain

On the night of 26.2.73 HO So-kuen telephoned to my house and invited me to go to Tsui King Lau for some chatting. At about 20.00 hrs. on 26.2.73 I arrived at Tsui King Lau Restaurant in Fuk Wah St. and met HO So-kuen and Kong Chai. We then had our supper. HO So-kuen then mentioned that "Ah So (i.e. Fai Mui) was taken away by someone !" invited me to go to Tsui King Lau to group up on 28.2.73 at 9 p.m. in order to locate "Ah So". After the supper I went home.

At 21.00 hrs. on 28.2.1973 I went to Tsui King Lau in Fuk Wah St. and met HO So-kuen, CHENG Wing-fei, Tai Wah, Kong Tiu Chuen, Kong Chai, Sze Ngan Chai and two other men whom I don't know. We then had the supper together. HO So-kuen then said, "We would go to find Tai So late after." After then HO So- kuen told those two men whom I don't know to go to hire two cars.

11. that theynhad hired the cars and parked them outside the restaurant. Ho Kuen then told Tai Wah to out with him. Before leaving he said he was going to find the weapons. One of the unknown males drove them to go.

At about 23.30 hrs. on 28.2.73 HO So Kuen, Tai Wah and that man came back to Tsui King Lau. SO Kuen told us that he had prepared the weapons.

At about 23.40 hrs. on 28.2.73 we left Tsui King Lau and boarded two private cars. (I can't remember the car number). I went in the same car with CHENG-Wing-féi; Tai Wah, Kong Tiu Chuen and the driver whom I don't know. On the other hand HO So-kuen, Sze Ngan Chai, Kong Chai and another unknown driver went in another car. Before hand I didn't know as to where we were going. (SO Kuen gave me a long knife.)

After then we came to 20, Yen Chau St. We alighted from the car together. But those two drivers whom I don't know stayed behind in the cars. Each of us carried a long knife and went up to 20, Yen Chau St., 9/f. We stood at the stairs of 9th floor. So Kuen told Tai Wah and CHENG Wing-fei to wait o/s 20, Yen Chau St., 9/f.
