effect that these matters do not afford legal grounds for

interfering with her convictions, but humbly and respectfully

submits that one cannot be certain that they did not influence

the jury in its deliberations.

will extend clemency to her for the reasons contained in

this petition by commuting the sentence imposed on her to

a term of imprisonment.
