Condemned Prisoner : LIU Chu
Views of the local leaders, Chairman of Tsuen Wan Rural Committee and President of the Federation of Societies in Tsuen Wan, have been sought on this matter. They are generally in sympathy with the family of the victim and do not favour a commutation of the death sentence on Mr. LIU Chu.
