DEATH SENTENCE PASSED ON CHAN HON-TONG
The Deputy Clerk of Councils presents his
compliments to Honourable Members and is directed to forward a copy of a report by the psychiatrist in charge, Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre, dated 8th February 1973. Honourable Members are requested to attach this report as Annex I to memorandum XCCI(74)2 which will be raised under "Other Business" on 5th March 1974.

Honourable Members are advised, also, that Annex H to the memorandum XCCI(74)2 should be considered as an attachment to Annex C to that memorandum.
