There has been no further news of the Belize case since my minute to you of 10 January 1974. capital case in Montserrat, however, is now the subject of an application for leave to appeal to the Privy Council, but the grounds have not yet been filed.
3. I enclose an amended list of executions in territories 1965-1974. Please can we see a copy of the new submission in its final draft form.
