Dear Andrew,
There has been an angry press reaction here to reports of a recent book called "Hong Kong: A Case to Answer", in the compilation of which the Scottish Labour MP, James Sillars, has taken part. Judging from press reports, this book or pamphlet has been written by academics and others who have been doing/research project on Hong Kong for some time.

In view of the references to handing Hong Kong back to China it would be helpful if you could get a copy of the offending book and send it to me as soon as you are able.
