based on a single village. Large villages, however, may
be sub-divided into more than one team or alternatively,
a number of neighbouring hamlets grouped into a single
team.

The leadership and organisation of the teams is
further simplified compared with their parent brigades.
P.T.s have no Revolutionary Committee or Party Committee.
Party influence at this level is exerted through 'Cells'
into which ordinary C.C.P. members are organised. P.T.
leading appointments are filled by popular 'election'.
Leadership devolves on a Team Leader and Deputy Team
Leader, who directly control and manage day-to-day
production tasks of team members. A Militia sub-unit of
the parent P.B. Militia Battalion is represented at P.T. -
level.
