LETTERS TO THE QUEEN FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
I attach two letters addressed to The Queen by animal lovers in this country who are exercised by the treatment of dogs in Hong Kong. I understand that your Department has been inundated by letters in the same vein and you will doubtless take whatever action on these two you think fit.
As you will see from the Palace stamp, the writer has in each case been informed that her letter has been transferred to FCO for attention.
