I believe you have a dog, and will therefore be sympathetic

to the question I wish to raise.

The following illustrated article came to my notice yesterday. It would seem from it that there are laws in Hong Kong, which no doubt the police try to enforce. However, since it is still part of us, could we not bring some kind of moral pressure to bear, preferably to try and influence those people who so barbarically kill, and eat dogs, into not doing so? Of course, what is said in this article regarding dogs, applies equally to all other animals which we eat, but if one can wreak a change in any department, it is one step forward to raising humanity in general. I became vegetarian 2 years ago, no longer being able to exploit the animals.

Thank you for espousing the bill outlawing hare coursing. Could this be a first step towards outlawing all hunting please?
