I enclose a copy of a letter, addressed to the Secretary of State, from the International Council for Bird Preservation. A copy of a letter to the Governor, dated 22 November, about Resolutions adopted at the 15th World Conference of the Inter- national Council for Bird Preservation, was enclosed with the letter to the Secretary of State.
I should be most grateful for any material and information that will enable us to reply to the points raised in Miss Barclay- Smith's letter to the Secretary of State.
