Mr Heseltine MP, has written to the Secretary of State enclosing a letter from one of his constituents Mrs Jacqueline Turner, about the BBC 4 programme on the import of Wild Life from China into Hong Kong.
2.
As the Minister will obviously not be familiar with this subject I have outlined in the submission developments since the BBC radio 4 broadcast last December.
I attach a draft submission covering a draft interim reply to Mr Heseltine.
