IMPORTATION OF WILDLIFE FROM CHINA INTO HONG KONG
1. Please see the letter at folio 113 from Mr T H Scott, Executive Director of the International Society for the Protection of Animals. The ODM has passed this letter to us for reply.
2. As you are aware we have already answered numerous letters from MP's and members of the public on the subject. I attach a draft reply based on our
standard reply but including a reference to Mr Scott's suggestion that a Conservation Officer should be appointed for Hong Kong.
