You wrote to Mr. Royle on 2 January, 1974, enclosing a letter which you have received from your constituent, Mr. B. Sheldon of 20 Park Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex, about the B.B.C. Radio 4 programme on the import of wild life from China into Hong Kong.
The questions raised by the B.B.C. programme are still under consideration. Meanwhile Mr. Blaker, who has succeeded Mr. Royle, has asked me to say that he will send you a full reply as soon as possible.
