(2) A licence shall not be granted or renewed
unless the Director is satisfied that the primary
enclosures, housing facilities and outdoor areas in
which the applicant or licensee, as the case may be,
intends to keep the animals or birds, conform to the
standards specified in regulation 6.
(3)
The Director may attach to a licence such
conditions as he may think fit.
(4) Every licence shall expire on the 31st day
of December each year.
(5) The fee for a licence, or a renewal thereof,
shall be 100 dollars per calendar year or part thereof.
(6) A licence shall specify
(a) the particulars of the animal trader; and
(b) the premises or place at which he may carry
on business.
(7) A separate licence shall be required for
each licensed premises.
