HONG KONG'S INTERESTS IN EEC CAPITALS
1. During this morning's meeting with Mr Watt, Mr Braithwaite undertook to send a further letter to EEC posts requesting that in addition to making calls on the commercial sections of the various embassies he should also call on the information sections. I attach a draft for this purpose and I should be grate- ful if you could let me know by telephone during the course of this afternoon whether you have any comments on it.
