Whilst you were on holiday, Dick Crowson and I took part in a meeting in the FCO at which Dodge was debriefed on his recent tour of Common Market Capitals. Dodge has since been on holiday and has only just returned to Brussels, but in the mean-time his secretary sent me a copy of his speaking notes, etc. used during his visits and suggested that you might like to have a copy. I therefore enclose a complete set.
