I am sorry it has taken so long to produce the material for which you asked in your letter of 1 February about Hong Kong telegram 128.
2. As we surmised the FT report was pretty average nonsense and I hope that the attached form of words will help your people in Hong Kong to put the record straight. Incidently, the figures also serve to confirm the doubts some of us feel about the authority of Hong Kong's claims about the adverse effect of the 120's CSF trade on her textile trade with the United Kingdom.
