Dear Hanna,
Further to our telephone discussion about the Hong Kong proof set venture by World Coin Corporation, I am enclosing a copy of a letter that Dowling sent to the Treasury on this matter; paragraph 3 summarises our views. I should perhaps point out that the Royal Mint in entering into contracts with overseas countries to market proof coins does not ask for a long term commitment. The contract applies only to the issue of proof coins in question.
