I enclose copies of an exchange of correspondence with Derek Jones about a proposal by Hong Kong to use the WCCI to promote the sale of proof coins.

As Douglas Blye is on leave until December, it occurs to me that you might like to have a word with him about this. He could then, if he so decided, have an opportunity whilst in this country of exploring directly with the Royal Mint the facilities and terms which they can offer for an operation of this kind.
