6. The Final Articles Revision Convention, No 116 of
1961, was ratified by HMG on 9 March 1962. Cmnd. 168
refers and a copy was enclosed with Circular Despatch
No. 253 of 1962 from the then Secretary of State for the
Colonies.
7.
Information concerning the dates of denunciation
of Conventions Hos. 4, 6, 18, 41 and 43 must be sought
from the UK Department of Employment and further
information will follow as soon as possible but from
records available here it would appear that no formal
ratification of these Instruments was ever made.
