The two Conventions marked with an asterisk (81 and 124) have been the subject of declarations forwarded to the ILO but notice of registratic is still awaited. The application of Convention 81 means that the declaration in respect of Convention 85 will fall away (vide Article 9 of C.85).

Thank you for the copy of your speech to Legislative Council. It contains one or two interesting pieces of information which we shall incorporate in our briefing material for Ministers and for the Overseas Labour Consultative Committee.
