The Council considered memorandum XCC(74)9.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
that the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Bill 1974 and the Employment (Amendment) Bill 1974 be introduced into the Legislative Council.
It was noted that the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance was under review and that proposals for its amendment would be submitted to Council in due course.
