Amend the Employment Ordinance.
nacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment
(Amendment) (1o. 2) Ordinance 1974.
Amendment of section 3. (Cap. 57.)
2.
Section 3(2)(a) of the principal Ordinance is
amended by inserting after "(a)" the following
"subject to subsection (2) of section 201,".
Addition of new Part
IIIA.
The principal Ordinance is amended by adding,
after Part 111, the following new Part -
