The rights are -
(a)
the right to become a member or an officer
of a registered trade union;
(b)
the right to take part at any appropriate time
in its activities; and

the right to associate with other persons for

trade union.
The new section 11L seeks to provide against
discrimination against persons to whom offers of
employment are made or about to be made or who are in
the position of prospective employees because of their
activities for, membership of, or association with, а
trade union or an association seeking registration as
a trade union.
