Addition of
new section
334.
5. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding
after section 33 the following new section
"Leave to appeal by District Court.
33A. (1) Where under section 32 or
33 leave to appeal is refused by the
tribunal, the aggrieved party may, within
seven days after the date of such refusal,
apply to the District Court for leave to
appeal and the District Court may grant
such leave.
(2)
An application for leave to
appeal under this section shall be
(a) in the prescribed form and the
grounds of appeal shall be those
set out in the application for
leave to appeal made to the
tribunal; and
(b) lodged with the Registrar of the
District Court.
(3)
A refusal by the District Court
Amendment of section 35.
to grant leave to appeal shall be final.".
6. Section 35 of the principal Ordinance is amended
by inserting after subsection (3) the following new
subsection
