In view of these considerations, it would be desirable to examine the possibility of including certain provisions in the new legislation for the purpose of ensuring that no anti-union discrimination takes place at the time of hiring and that adequate protection is afforded against acts of interference of the type mentioned in Article 2 of the Convention.
