Was it C.F.M. Meeting was dispensed with? because the Bahamas had become independent and Bermuda did not attend and it might have looked faintly ridiculous for Brunei and Hong Kong to be all alone? Perhaps it would have but, in monetary and economic matters, we are in an essentially bilateral relationship with the United Kingdom and the Retention of the British Dependent Territories seat, despite depleted numbers, might be a good idea.
