The Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Murray MacLehose, will be attending meetings in the Office from Tuesday 17 December to Friday 20 December inclusive.
2. I should be grateful if you could issue him with a temporary office pass for his use over this period. It would be helpful if you could let me have it by Friday 13 December.
