1. The Committee will hold its next meeting on Wednesday 27 February at 3.30 pm in the PUS's Office.

Departments are asked to complete the attached pro-forma and return it to the undersigned by Wednesday 20 February giving details of Ministerial Visits abroad which are either firm or in the process of being arranged. This information is needed to compile a chronological list of Visits which will be considered by the Committee. Departments are also requested to ensure that submissions they may be preparing on Ministerial Visits reach their appropriate Deputy Under-Secretary in time for the meeting.
3. Details are also required of inward visits by Ministers of Foreign and Commonwealth countries and of any especially distinguished visitor to this country. Please mark with an asterisk those visits which require the presence in London of a Foreign and Commonwealth Minister.
4.
An edited version of the list of inward visits is circulated to certain organisations outside Whitehall. Any visits which have not yet been made public are excluded from this list and it is the responsibility of Departments to indicate which visits come in this category by describing them as such on the pro-forma.
5. It will not be possible to include notifications received after 20 February in the agenda.
