Q&A BRIEF
Addressees of this minute will be receiving from DS 11, MOD, individual copies of an MOD draft Q&A brief for Mr Rodgers' visit. Comments and contributions are requested by the end of the week. Various gaps will be filled in the first instance by those concerned in MOD, but there will not be time to await a complete draft before FCO comments are obtained. I have therefore arranged with DS11 that they will coordinate our comments with their own, feed them to the originators of the draft, and consult us again as necessary. A clean draft will be circulated for final clearance next week.
