Briefing for Parliamentary Delegation
Now that we have been advised by the Services of the
visit of a party of seven MPs and Peers to the Services in Hong Kong in September I would be grateful if the point made in paragraph 2 of Dick Crowson's letter HKK 3/548/2 of the 2nd October 1973 that the Hong Kong Commissioner should attend future briefings is taken into account.
