British Forces if they are expected to make elaborate arrangements for matters which do not strictly concern them, particularly since I take it that the Ministry of Defence is going to foot the bill.

Perhaps you or Teddy Kidd could tactfully prepare the ground a little before they come, by warning them that they must not expect too many outside activities given the tightness of the military programme. We can then see what can be fitted in at this end once the delegation have arrived.

I imagine also that, if there is an October election, the plans may have to be altered at the last minute.
