Thank you for your letter of 7th January, 1974 advising me that Mr. W.H. Bentley, Head of the Overseas Department of the City and Guilds of London Institute, is to visit Hong Kong in February.
We had already heard of his visit from the Polytechnic and we are co-ordinating with them to arrange a balanced programme.
