1. I have been informed by the DHSS that one of their Nursing Officers, Miss B E Kettle, has been awarded a scholar- ship to visit, inter alia, Hong Kong to study various questions regarding candidates who apply for nurse training in the UK.
2. Miss Kettle is arranging her own programme of visits in Hong Kong but I am enclosing`a copy of her programme so that you are aware of the details of the visit.
