I am very glad you are coming here again. Unfortunately I shall be on leave at the time but Lawrence Pottinger and Louise Tam will look after you.
I enclose a programme for the first 3 days and a list of other appointments to be made. Is this all right? Have you any subjects you want particularly to discuss or anyone you particularly want to see, either on business or socially? you want to fly over the New Territories? I think you should probably spend half a day with the New Territories Administration
