We were grateful for your letter of 31 August.
The Organising Committee of the Asian Games have no" asked us to forward the attached letter to the relevant authorities in Hong Kong. You will see that it invites participating by Fong Kong in a cultural exhibition to co-incide with the Gamss.
I would be grateful if you would pass this to the relevant authorities. Please also let me know who this is so that I can tell the Asian Games Committee. They will then ne longer need to use us as an intermediary.
